Across industries such as construction, power utilities, manufacturing, and metal fabrication, personal protective equipment plays a crucial role in safeguarding workers. Among all safety gear, industrial helmets are worn continuously throughout long work hours and in varied environmental conditions. As a result, their design must go beyond compliance and focus equally on comfort, durability, and adaptability.
Keeping these practical challenges in mind, the VENUS H-2000 helmet series has been carefully designed to deliver reliable head protection suited to real industrial environments. Proudly manufactured in India, the H-2000 range reflects a balance of safety, usability, and thoughtful engineering.
The helmet is produced using high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a material known for its strength and impact resistance while remaining lightweight. Weighing approximately 600 grams, the H-2000 helmet helps minimise discomfort and fatigue during extended use, making it suitable for workers engaged in physically intensive tasks.
Ease of use and adaptability are central to the H-2000 design. The helmet features a slotted shell, allowing easy attachment of essential accessories such as face shields, ear protection, and chin straps. This modular capability enables workers to configure their protective equipment based on specific job requirements without affecting the helmet’s safety performance. Additionally, an integrated rain trough ensures efficient water drainage, improving comfort during outdoor work in wet conditions.
Comfort and secure fit are further enhanced by a 4-point textile webbing suspension system, which evenly distributes impact forces while improving overall wearability. This is combined with VENUS’s Fit-Lock ratchet adjustment mechanism, allowing precise sizing for different head shapes. A secure and well-adjusted helmet not only improves comfort but also ensures consistent protection throughout the workday, even during frequent movement.
From a safety standards perspective, the VENUS H-2000 helmet complies with IS 2925:1984 and is also certified under ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (Type I, Class E). The non-vented design provides electrical insulation up to 20,000 volts, making it suitable for use in electrical utilities, infrastructure development, forestry, and other high-risk industrial environments.
The H-2000 series also supports organisational customisation needs. Its large printable surface allows companies to add logos, identification details, and site-specific markings. This enhances workforce visibility, improves on-site identification, and maintains brand consistency—without compromising safety or helmet performance.

Designed, developed, and manufactured in India, the VENUS H-2000 helmet series contributes to the Make in India initiative by strengthening domestic manufacturing and reducing reliance on imported safety equipment, while still meeting international safety standards.
Available in a range of colours and adaptable to multiple industrial applications, the VENUS H-2000 helmet series demonstrates how well-designed safety equipment can help create safer, more efficient, and more professional workplaces across Indian industry.
