The ED investigated his financial transactions with Sahiti Infratech Ventures India Private Limited (SIVIPL), a company accused of defrauding homebuyers. The ED confirmed that Babu’s dealings were mostly legitimate, as he had endorsed the real estate firm in advertisements and was paid accordingly. No evidence of criminal proceeds involving the actor was found .
